Pre - Course Requirements:

• ability to converse in basic English

• must be doing constant exercise
• no age limit
• enthusiastic about yoga
• open minded

Requirements to Obtain the Diploma:

• attend at least 80% of the course
• pass exams: practical, teaching and theory
• submit project work on day of exam
• self-practice
• practicum of 20 hours
• participation and conduct
