THURSDAY

• Pick up from Langkawi International Airport (last arrival by 6 pm)
• 1930 Welcome dinner at the resort

FRIDAY

• Pool-side breakfast (open from 8.30 am to 10.30 am)
• 1130 One hour massage at Ishan Spa
• 1300 Lunch - Chinese cuisine
• 1400 Transfer back to the resort to chill out and rest
• 1800 Sunset yoga session overlooking padi fields
• 2000 Dinner at the resort
• 2115 Winding-down meditation at the resort
• 2145 Dismiss

SATURDAY

• 0700 Yoga by the beach **
• 0815 Picnic breakfast at the beach
• 0850 Mangrove Tour with Dev Adventures
• 1500 Transfer back to the resort
• 1830 Meditation and reiki session
• 1930 Dinner

SUNDAY

• 0700 Leave for the waterfalls **
• 0800 Yoga session at the waterfalls
• 0915 Rejuvenate with hydrotherapy
• 1000 Transfer back to the resort to freshen up

Bookings must be made with a 50% non-refundable down payment and the balance is to be paid THREE WEEKS before the date of the retreat

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 1 month prior to retreat 50% refund
• 3 weeks prior to retreat 25% refund
• Thereafter No refund
